Product Recall Information

Jenn-Air® Brand Wall Ovens

This recall is being conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission and Health Canada.

The affected Jenn-Air brand wall ovens have model numbers printed on a label within the oven. The models affected were sold from March 2012 through June 2015. Affected ovens include an extendable roller rack with handle and have model numbers beginning with: JJW2, JMW2, JJW3 and JMW3 and a serial number beginning with a D or F.
